The process for becoming involved with Launchpad is:

• Complete the application form below.
  An email address is required for this process. If you don’t have email, please contact us and we will work out a solution for you.
• You will be emailed the following forms if they are required. Instructions for their completion are in each email and only take a few minutes.
  • Police Vetting application
  • Identity Verification
  • Code of Expectations Acknowledgment
  • Church Endorsement – You will need to forward this onto someone in your church for completion.
