Volunteer Currency Renewal

Every three years it is a requirement for all Launchpad Volunteers to renew the following.

Stage 1 – Complete an Identity Check for the purposes of the Police Vetting.
Stage 2 – Get a Church Endorsement from your Church Leader.
Stage 3 – Complete the Police Vetting Application and acknowledge our Code of Expectations.

These can be complete online and they will be emailed to you from the National office a few months prior to expiry if we have a current email address.

If you don’t have an email address, you can complete the online forms from the links below or download manual forms at the bottom of this page.

Complete the Police Identity Check for Someone

Your Police Vetting Application will not be processed until this is completed.

Complete the Church Endorsement for Someone

This should be completed by your Church Leader

Complete the Police Vetting Application

The Code of Expectations also needs to be completed at the end of the Police Vetting Application.
